Well, as my previous post stated, I wiped out three years of posts. I read back through them and while I enjoyed writing and all, it seemed a little erratical and sometimes filled with some personal stuff better not posted.
Anyhow, back to the subject at hand, interesting how things work. In that I mean, social networking. I’ll be brief, but here’s the story:
Family member D had a son and daughter, named DA and T respectively. After a falling out, D took her two children and moved away. Well, I’ve been looking for her for quite some time, not so much to talk to her per se, but to inquire about the two kids. So much to my surprise, T calls me the other day. She doesn’t only call me though, she calls everyone and I do mean everyone in the family Last we spoke to her, she was an awkward six year old. Now she’s a worldly nursing school student and full of light. All of this because of? Yup.

So, yeah. While I’ve been searching for her, she’s been searching for us. And I do believe, in no uncertain terms, that’s a good thing.
Me? I’m kinda excited, because she is thee only and I do mean only female child born into the family. Eleven years ago she and I were almost inseparable. Uncle and niece, watch out. Damn family squabbles. Neither of us were even involved in it…
